Your details go to one installer
Contact details open when you claim. You hold the active lead while you keep progress updated. After a missed contact window, a previous installer may retain access too.

Straight answers
Do I have to send you a quotation?
No. You quote the customer directly, in your own format, at your own price. We never see your price and we never set it.
Is there a joining fee or a subscription?
No. Opening an account is free and stays free. Commission on a completed, paid installation is the only money that ever changes hands between us.
Will the same customer be given to five installers?
No. One lead goes to one installer. The moment you accept it, it is closed to everybody else — that is the whole point of this platform.
What if a lead turns out to be a waste of time?
Close it in your dashboard and tell us why. You owe nothing for a lead that never becomes an installation, and an honest close is not held against you.
Am I signing anything today?
No. You are creating a login. There is no contract, no lock-in and no notice period. Stop taking leads whenever you like and nothing happens to you.
Do you install? Are you competing with me?
Never. SuryaSetu does not install anything and employs no installers. We earn only when you earn.
How many leads will I get?
You start with 5 open at a time. Update those and the next set opens. It is a pace limit, not a cap — it exists so that no customer is left waiting for a call.
What happens to the customer's details?
They stay hidden until you accept, they go to one installer only, and they are never sold. We are not a government body and we never ask a customer for Aadhaar, PAN or bank details.
